Outsmarting Temptation with Yoplait Light Giveaway/Review

Temptation is not a good thing when you are trying to watch what you eat; even more difficult when you have others around you that leave tempting foods out for you to see.

One way to outsmart temptation is to indulge that craving with yogurt. With so many different flavors and brands you are sure to find one that is perfect for you. One of my favorites is the Thick and Creamy French Vanilla from Yoplait; which is why I was thrilled when Yoplait and MyBlogSpark sent me a gift set with a coupon to try the new flavors.

So, now when you are tempted to grab a dessert you can instead indulge in either of Yoplaits new yogurts without all the extra calories. In fact, you don't have to use them just to curb your temptations because they are the perfect snack between meals. Yoplait light yogurts also provide 20 percent of the recommended daily value of calcium and vitamin D. 

It took me awhile to find the newest flavors at the store but when I did I also picked up the Cherry Cobbler to try. I'm telling you it's difficult to pick because there are 32 wonderful flavors and they all sound so yummy. They were all good but I did like the Thick and Creamy better however, that's just personal preference on my part. They just seem more rich and decadent and makes me wish they had more flavors in the Think and Creamy selection.

The only thing I did not like was that they use Splenda as the sweetener. There is nothing wrong with that at all except the fact that I am very sensitive to those types of sweeteners. So, if you have no problems with the sweeteners then you are most likely going to love the new flavors.
