  11. I have antibacterial soap at all of the sinks and tell the kids to wash as soon as they come in the house. I also send the pre-packaged anti-bacterial towelettes to school with them so they can use them before they eat.

  15. To stay healthy I try to remember to take a vitamin regularly, and when I am sick I up my Vitamin C with fresh fruits and veggies, loads of OJ and I use like 900 tissues a day to keep myself clean!

  48. When I feel like "pampering" myself, I use my favorite B&BW set (Chocolate Amber). That includes body wash, lotion or cream, and the body spray. Then I put on an outfit that reflects my mood.

  50. I hardly get sick, although I'm not doing too much to prevent it, aside from washing and disinfecting my hands. When I was ill a couple of months ago, I got over the worst part of my illness by eating well (soups and hearty meals), taking proper medication, and sleeping. I was amazed at how much better I felt on the second day.
